		<description>Good catch on noticing there wasn&#039;t any phone jacks! Didn&#039;t you get an inspector before you purchased?  They should have caught some of these things, at least the rotten boards. Wonder if you take the reports to a lawyer if they can do anything about getting some of that money back for you.  What a shame!  That&#039;s just unethical!

Folks, stay away from &quot;recommended&quot; home inspectors especially if they are from the realtors/agents SELLING the house, find your own, or better yet use city inspectors whenever possible.  They cost about the same, maybe a few bucks more depending on where your purchasing.  Although it would be illegal for the recommended home inspectors to lie, some seem to &quot;over look&quot; things and focus on the positive things making you beleive that this is the best house in the neighborhood! ...speaking from experiance.</description>
