Big City Liar

Company Name:: Brad J. Lamb

My experience with Brad J. Lamb was TERRIBLE. Be careful when dealing with the realtors because they are DISHONEST. I purchased a Printing Factory loft in Toronto three years ago during the grand opening weekend (they even interviewed me and put me on his TV show, Big City Broker) and they promised me free hardwood floors only if I purchased a loft that day. The free hardwood floors was my only incentive for purchasing the lofts that very first day. I am a first time homebuyer and was naive to believe all the garbage Brad J. Lamb’s realtors will tell you to get their commission so I assumed that having a Purchase and Sale Agreement signed on the day of the Grand Opening was sufficient documentation for the free hardwood floors. In summary, Brad J. Lamb and his brokers are DISHONEST and will promise you the world to get a sale.

I initially submitted a review discussing my experience with Brad J. Lamb. Fortunately for me, after a number of phone calls and emails, Brad J. Lamb himself contacted my builder and remedied the situation. As such, I would like to edit my complaint. For all those first time home buyers out there, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because even if there was a promotion offered to everyone (i.e., free hardwood floors if you purchase on a particular day), the builder may not honour its word three years later when you start selecting upgrades, etc.
