I initially submitted a review discussing my experience with Brad J. Lamb. Fortunately for me, after a number of phone calls and emails, Brad J. Lamb himself contacted my builder and remedied the situation. As such, I would like to edit my complaint. For all those first time home buyers out there, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because even if there was a promotion offered to everyone (i.e., free hardwood floors if you purchase on a particular day), the builder may not honour its word three years later when you start selecting upgrades, etc.
