I have just read these comments on Chelsea. I have to admit she is one busy woman. My only concern for her in a negative way is how often she puts her clients in front of herself and her family. My husband and I have used Chelsea's expertise as a buyer and a seller. We have referred several new clients to her. Never have we heard any poor feedback. She will stand up for what she feels is right even if she thinks you will not like what she has to say. She is factual and direct. I appreciate that. Her knowledge is very vast and she is always staying on top of the laws and current market strategies. I couldn't help but notice the way the negative response was written and the lack of class that it showed in the client making the negative post... I would feel very confidant in referring Chelsea. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch girl!

I have also had a very positive experience with Chelsea. I met with several other realtors before deciding to go with Chelsea because of her knowledge, experience, and her extremely high recommendations. While her extremely busy schedule was a concern for me as a first time home buyer (I wanted to have my hand held and told that everything would work out) she was honest and always got back to me with what was going on - even if it wasn't as soon as I hoped. In my case, the seller's agent was extremely difficult to work with but Chelsea never backed down and ended up negotiating a great deal for me. I have recommended her to my friends (one of whom is in the final stages of buying a short sale home right now) and would not even think of using any one else in the future. She may be intense but I have always said that I am extremely happy she was on MY side. I am certain I would not have gotten the house I did without her.

I can only assume we are talking about a different Chelsea Nievius. As soon as we met Chelsea, and saw her work ethic, compassion and good heart, we dropped our agent and went with her. She was actually the selling agent of a house we were going under contract with, a short sale, and we lost, due to the BANK, not her. She spent many of her nights, working past midnight, to get a contract in for us or helping us in other ways. We have not gotten our way a few times while trying to purchase a home, but never once did we even consider throwing a temper tantrum and putting the blame on someone other than the people that actually caused the loss of contract, like the seller and the bank. I will continue to recommend Chelsea and her team to my friends and family. These negative comments are all based on assumptions, and you know what happens when you assume............

Chelsea Nevius is an exceptionally professional and helpful realtor. She is well-experienced, knowledgeable and gets the job done correctly. She stuck with us through years in a crazy market. We greatly appreciate the extraordinary amount of work she did for us. We have our home now. Chelsea is a professional. She'll do the same for you.

I whole-heartedly agree with those posters coming to Chelsea's defense. Chelsea was recommended to us by a colleague of my husband's, and we bought a house with her a few months ago. We were new to the area, and unsure of what exactly we wanted or even what area we wanted to live in. She took us to HUNDREDS of houses over the course of 7 months. Chelsea was always a joy to work with, and her real estate knowledge and savvy proved to be right on. We found the perfect house for us and couldn't be more pleased. I like the way one poster described her as fighting like a "momma bear." We certainly found this to be true. She responded to our questions, requests and concerns quickly no matter the time. I've never met anyone who works harder for her clients. Chelsea has the brains, ethics and determination you want in a real estate agent. Buyer or seller, you'd be lucky to have her representing you!

I would like to write about several great experiences we have had with Realtor/Broker Chelsea Nevius of ReMax 200 in Orlando, Florida. After moving to new homes in the Boston area a few times, we decided to move to Florida. We did phone interviews with several realtors in the Orlando area. We selected Chelsea Nevius from ReMax 200 and never looked back. We have referred her to several others from the Boston area that have also had great experiences with Chelsea. We have bought and sold several homes from her, recommended her to friends, and have declared her our BROKER FOR LIFE!. No one is more passionate about their work and having happy clients than Chelsea. She will spend more quality time with you than any other Broker.

All of these complaints are completely absurd. Anyone who really knows Chelsea and how she does business knows that she is an amazing agent and always puts her clients first. I'd agree it's sad that these sites exist and that some customers and agents would stoop this low for a cheap shot at her just because she is successful. Luckily, the intelligent people of the world know better than to believe this nonsense and know Chelsea is the agent to trust and work with when buying or selling your home. At least with her you'll find honesty and integrity!

The least a person could do when posting something for anyone and everyone to view is post the truth, otherwise you just look misinformed, petty and childish. The fact is those complaining here don't know the first thing about real estate, short sales, or how the entire offer process works. That's your plain and simple truth.

Every one of Chelsea's clients is an adult, when an offer is sent to them to sign and return, urgency is stressed to them. The decision to sign and return the paperwork is their responsibility. She can't "want the sale more than they do", they have to want it for themselves.

The fact that an offer is cash doesn't matter, "it's all cash at the table" to the bank. Regarding the multiple offer situations, when calling the office I would venture to guess your agent was told there were no "executed" offers at the time of the call, not "no offers", big difference. Executed means that the sellers have chosen an offer and it's been returned and sent back the to buyer's agent; which means there could have been plenty of offers at the time of your offer, that's not something one of Chelsea's assistants can disclose - only if there is an executed offer. That would be miscommunication on YOUR agent's end...not Chelsea or her staff. It's so much easier these days to point the finger elsewhere rather than owning up to the mistake.

I wouldn't go through anyone else but Chelsea to buy or sell a home, she fights for her clients and keeps them informed so they can make the best decision for themselves. But that decision is always up to them.

Lesson learned for those who are angry and taking your frustrations out on Chelsea because you were misguided in the first place... you should have had Chelsea as your agent. The successful and intelligent ones are always a target by those less fortunate.

Oh and it's sweet that you think she's pretty - we do too! At least in her office flip flops are optional. ;)

Anyone who has actually had the privilege of being taken care of in a real estate transaction by Chelsea knows that these comments are completely baseless. Not only is she the hardest working and most caring professional I have ever met, but she fought like a true "momma bear" for us as her customer. I'm sure that her much deserved success makes it inevitable that competitors, as well as customers who "didn't get their way" will take these lame shots at her. Last time I checked, it's the sellers who decide which offer is accepted and when... not the agent for the buyer!

CHELSEA NEVIUS IS A BITCH!!! That's the long and short of it all! No need to go through wasting my time talking about her other than stating the facts that she's a BITCH! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Acts like her SHIT doesn't stink. I hope she doesn't forget the little people next time she tries to step other them. She may trip and fell on her pretty face!
