CONCEALING MOLD, PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL DEFECTS OF PROPERTY

by Larry Rusin on February 6, 2012

Company Name:: US NATIONAL REALTY

CO AGENTS ALICIA YU AND LIGUN WANG OF NATIONAL TEAM REALTY LISTED AND SOLD PROPERTY AT 7858 MELVA STREET IN DOWNEY, CA JULY 12, 2011 WHILE ALL KNOWING OF SERIOUS PLUMBING AND MOLD EXISTING IN THE HOME. THE MOLD STILL EXISTS AND BOTH AGENTS CONSPIRED IN COVERING UP THE EXISTING MOLD PROBLEM. LIGUN WANG AND ALICIA YU ARE ALSO IRONICALLY THE INVESTORS IN THE PROPERTY AS MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY HPHC PROPERTIES LLC. THEY HAS A PAID CONTRACTOR SIMPLE PAINT OVER THE MOLD AND NEVER HAD IT CHECKED OR REMOVED. SERIOUS ELECTRICAL SHORTS EXISTED IN THE HOME ALONG WITH SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUES THAT WERE SIMPLY COVERED UP IN THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE. THE HOME WAS PURCHASED AT TRUST DEED SALE FOR $60,000 AND THE FIRST WAS NOT PAID FOR OVER NEARLY 1 YEAR AND IT APPEARS THE INSURANCE ON THE PROPERTY WAS PAID BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER THROUGH PLACED ESCROW BY DECIEVING THE 1ST LENDER INTO BELIEVING THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS STILL OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY. AGENTS ARE FLAT OUT CRIMINALS AND NO ETHICS WHATSOVER. SEVERAL OTHER PROPERIES ARE ALSO IN QUESTION. FURTHERMORE HPHC PROPERTIES (LIGUN WANG AND ALICIA YU) ILLEGALLY TRASHED OUT AND DESTROYED THE OWNERS PERSONAL BELONGINGS ONLY 11 DAYS AFTER THE UNLAWFUL DETAINER LOCKOUT WHEN THE OWNER HAD 18 DAYS IN CALIFORNIA UNDER CALIFORINA CIVIL CODE.

Correction in the spelling of responsible party involved is Lijun Wang of US National Realty in Temple City, Ca. He is also member of Hphc Properties llc. of Roland Heights, Ca. In the previous posting his name was spelled “Ligun” the correct spelling is Lijun.

Hello there, You’ve done a great job. I’ll certainly digg it and personally suggest to my
friends. I am sure they’ll be benefited from this website.

Thank you Larry for making this public. We are interested in another property flipped by these people. This will help us ask the right questions or run in the other direction!
