The absolute worst realtor in the city of Louisville, KY. He is a liar, a cheat and has no intention to working toward his client’s best interest. He is a ladder climber who is interested in making a name for himself amongst his colleagues rather than working for a fair sale for his client. He manipulates his clients by preying on their religious beliefs. Jerry Sims uses relgious afflications to provide support for his false claims and to lure the client to believe his lies. Jerry Sims is a terrible human being and does not deserve to work as a realtor due to his unethical business practices.
