My husband and I wanted to lower our interest rate on our mortgage loan and was contacted by great western finincial in california. We paid them $3000. We were communicating with them for 6 months and we were told the modification had been approved. One month after that all their phonelines were disconnected and we are about to loose our house. Their website is not accessible any more. Someone please help because this should not be happening.This is the information below but none is working.
