Never buy a house from a seller who is a real estate agent. You are never going to win the price war if the seller is a real estate agent herself. If the seller and your buying agent work for the same real estate agency, the case is worst.

Well my seller isn’t the agent she brought the agent in. I moved in to rent and in 6 mo was to start purchase process. within 1 month home went to default. both seller and agent keep that from me. seller receiving rent and agent requested good faith payment of $1,000.00 now. I wants this type of fraud activity stopped, and any and all my funds returned.
