This guy is a Liar through and through. He strung out my wife (9months pregnant) and I five months on a propery he had listed, telling us the whole time everything looks great should be wraped up any day. You know the typical realtor mumbo jumbo. We finally got an answer on a friday, everything got excepted we will send you the documents on monday. Got the docs on monday and they were totally different then what Richard said. They wanted 10,000 dollars more than the house was a appraised at 1 month prior. Needless to say we backed out just because of how he had treated us. One month and two weeks has passed and we still haven’t recieved our deposit. This guy is a totally fraud with no ethics.
