Non compliance of full disclosure

We the buyers were at no time were told that there were sink holes on both of our neighbours properties!This comes under the clause of full disclosure.
The owners wrote that to the best of their knowledge there was no problem.We found out that they new of these issues for at least three years.All potential thoughts of buying 221 Rusk Circle in Springhill Florida must run far away from as this house is not only uninsurable for full sink hole insurance but only catastrophic ,which means hat it would be condemned to live in.The one neighbours damage is $400,000 .Century 21 Alliance in Springhill has no concern for this only to make a sale to a trusting person.All Buyers Beware of this company!Especially Canadians!
