		<description>I would just like to say I have written this above complaint on behalf of my boyfriend.The man that has the modular home is Andy Hofer .I have also miss spelled the realitors name it was Mandy Barns.This realtor as far as I&#039;m concerned was lazy and didn&#039;t do her job.I do admit she had other realitors bring in people to see the what she had listed as bungalow.I would also like to say that she had got info from a  listing of royal lepage when Andy had bought the modular home listed as bungalow.</description>

		<description>We had listed with century 21 with many burns and she took pic&#039;s but didn&#039;t take the real square footage ,she took of the old listing and the square footage on it was wrong she never messured the home at all. The house was also listed as bungalow and it is a modular home with additions.We had left it up to her and the listing ran out and we are trying to sell on our own and have people comming back at us asking why is it different now than when it was listed before.They comment on the size difference .The damage is done and now what can we do ,I think that there should be something done about  a realitor that isn&#039;t giving the right information.This was a listing for 637Industrial drive se and it was last summer that we had it listed threw her.</description>

		<description>Realtor Miguel De Oliviera  is a real weasel. We had bid on a short sale townhouse in Orlando, FL that was listed for 58K. The commission for the realtor was around a thousand dollars. He complained that is was a lot of paperwork for not much return [an unabashed hint that a little extra would go a long way] and that there were multiple bids on the property and that we would only get &#039;one shot at it&#039;. We really liked the property so we bid 68K [without the &#039;little extra&#039;]. The contract was signed and submitted, the mortgage company had pre-approved us so there was no problem with the financing. We heard nothing else from him repeated phone calls were met with &quot;What? Who? I can&#039;t hear you.&quot; and a hang up. After a couple of weeks we contacted another realtor to inquire about the property and she told us that it sold a couple of weeks ago for $59K. We had offered 65K! That weasel had taken an &#039;under the table&#039; commission above what was listed and dumped our contract. If I ever see that little weasel on the street.....God help him, because he&#039;ll need that &quot;extra commission&quot; for hospital bills!</description>
