  • Failla Realty, Inc. requests administrative expense to remove house listing from MLS

    I listed my house for sale with Failla Realty, Inc. After 2 months, I decided not to sell my house to allow the market to improve. I requested Failla Realty, Inc. to remove my house listing from MLS and other media. Administrative expense was not discussed when we signed the contract. There was no administrative expense included in the contract. Failla Realty, Inc wants me to pay $1119.98 as administrative expenses in order to remove my house listing from MLS.
