    Company Name:: Prudential Fox Roach

    Two realtors from this firm teamed up with a slimy mortgage broker to stick me with the broker’s house over a leaking oil tank. When I asked for the standard NJ seller’s disclosure form, which had been advertised as available, I was told it actually never was completed. OK. I asked for a list of prospective buyers, who doubtlessly had discovered the tank and alerted the seller and his realtor. “Beat it,” I was told, “Nobody knows nuttin’. You own it now, sucker.”
    I later found out that my realtor had been bounced out of his job as an assistant elementary school principal for some improprieties with some schoolboys. Because NJ requires “good character” for a realtor’s license, I took this info to NJ’s Real Estate Commission. I was laughed off; Commission knew all about my realtor’s “troubles”; but, hey, what Pru-Fox wants it gets in NJ.
    My name is still a punchline among all the dirty, high-fivin’ realtors in Margate, NJ. At this point I just want to get out the word on these clowns. We’ll see who laughs last.
