    i had a deal with walt to renovate a property. he ran out of money and tried to charge me outrageous amounts of money for electric and water use. when i confronted him about the outrageous bill he maced me pulled a gun and threatened to shoot me. if you want to see further proof visit ujsportal.com and type in his name under county criminal court. he was convicted. beware if he is your realtor.
