Susan Kube was recommended by a friend to use as an agent for the sale of our house. As we were divorced, it was a priority that we find an agent that would work with both of us. All at face value, Susan Kube, began to consult behind the scenes with my ex husband to eliminate my part of getting any money from the sale. There was paperwork signed and processed with out my knowledge and signature. To only find out in the end, she had a relationship with him. This is highly un professional and when I contacted her manager of the local Baird & Warner, there seemed to be no concern. When I asked him what he would do to save a customer, his reply was you tell me. I will never recommend Baird & Warner to buy or sell and anyone that uses Susan Kube as an agent, does so at their own risk. She is shady at best!
