Realtor in a new development did nothing to earn her commission. She had a listing of the homes online with all the wrong information. When it came time for me to get an appraisal it was a big hassel. The appraiser said he never saw a realtor like her and she needs to have her license revoked. She had lots that had colonials on them with pictures of bi-levels. This made it difficult for the appraiser. When I first looked at this site for my home I gave her plans and she never gave them to the builder. We had to talk to the builder on everything. She did absolutely nothing but collect her commission.
