I bought a house last year using these two as my agents. They are a married team. My husband found the house online, and asked to see it. We put an offer on it and it got accepted. We already had our own financing but they asked us to use their broker, she was local it would be easier so they said. She was never available when we needed her, and our agents did not do nearly enough of the work as my husband ended up doing to close the deal. We just found out that our mello roos were not factured into our monthly payment. We now have a huge shortage, and I contacted these agents for help. They did not help me, they told me to contact the broker myself. I did she blamed the agent. I have called avery person i can think of to resolve this matter as it is not my fault this happened. I had to call an outside realtor to come and look over my papers and see if she could find out what had happened. These agents do not care, and have stated they will not help me, there is nothing they can do. They made an easy commision off of this house and now i am being told to sell my house that i have lived in for less than a year because the taxes are so high. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS! We are a military family, and my husband is deployed and they have no compassion at all, and will not help you if they are not making money off of the deal.
