My friend called me from NY to tell me that she saw my name and a quote on Don Anthony Realty success stories website page. This was unauthorized and false to say the least. My home has not sold…and I am out 599.00 in the upfront money I gave him to be on MLS and have pictures taken. I should have been paid for the use of my full name and quote..this is illegal and I want to know what I can do to reclaim any monies owed to me.

I WANT TO WITHDRAW MY COMPLAINT ABOUT DON ANTHONY REALTY. The use of my name was an accident could not be removed quickly because of problems with the website…I also need to say how pleased I am with the way my house sale is working out now. I am getting many great potential buyers because of Don Anthony Realty and the strong marketing he was put into the selling of my home. I am also happy with the promptness of handling my questions and the way the buyers are being guided in all areas of the home buying process…plus, I am saving alot of money, not paying a sellers agent commission..
so AGAIN..I STRONG SUGGEST USING DON ANTHONY REALTY..

I am retracting my complaint against Don Anthony Realty. It was a simple mistake that was taken care of as soon as he could get his website working correctly. I am pleased to also inform everyone that I am getting more buyers for my house and am getting great suppport from Don Anthony Realty. I would strongly suggest using them when selling your home in Charlotte.
Vintage real estate services in Brandon, Florida..The owner chris o’brien accused me of falsifying the deposit return documents that his partner Ray rush had emailed me….
this guy didnt even know me, we had rented a house from this company for a year and never been late, his partner who lived on the same street told us to just drop the rent check at his house and he would take it in….so when he lost the check one month..and admitted that he had accidently thrown it in the trash because it was in a large brown envelope??
when we went in to pick up our deposit refund this guy Chris says that we altered the email detailing the deposit return from Ray. This guy treated us like crooks and was unaware that I was a 20 year veteran detective of a local sheriffs office. He then said we could just “sue” him for the deposit since my wife got Mad. Chris also does not know that I now am a detective for a state regulatory agency???hmmmm maybe all of their licenses need checking??? along with their biz practices…we got the check 20 mins later when he had contacted his partner who told him “HE” was mistaken…but he did not even apologize….half of the stuff in the house had not worked for 6 months anyway,,they were lucky we just didnt deposit the rent with the clerk of the court and force them to fix everything,.,,,we just moved out to save the trouble..DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH VINTAGE IN BRANDON, FLORIDA
