Veronica Hicks, Orange County Realtor-Horrible Experience

by John Lee on March 9, 2012

Received a voice mail late Friday from Veronica saying she had a question about the service I provide. I called her back 14 minutes later and she was relentless on the phone, upset about my service, yet not letting me answer any of her questions; constantly talking over me and, in the end, after I said I would put in a request to credit her account because she was not satisfied, she hung up on me. Is this what we’ve come to?

I’ve been in the real estate industry 21 years, have many real estate, mortgage and title friends and clients and have never come across an individual as rude as Veronica Hicks. The sad thing is that, in my industry, people joke about the lack of professionalism among Realtors, which I constantly argue against; defending my realtor friends and clients. This is a prime example of why realtors in Southern California have such a bad name.

Congratulations on your million dollar listings Veronica. I would say I hope you can live with yourself, however, people like you are so ego-centric they rarely introspective enough to even care…

I am Veronica Hicks, and I have no idea who “John Lee” of Redondo Beach is, what experience he is referring to and know that there are two Veronica Hicks, REALTORs in Orange County – until this post can be validated it needs to be removed. It looks like someone has an ax to grind but wants to hide behind a website that has no name, contact information – would be happy to speak with someone personally to get this resolved at 949-860-9942. Thanks so much!

Would appreciate this being addressed asap. Thanks so much!
